From the website i learned things about teenager in the America during the 1950s. The things like what the wore, boys wore blazers, sweaters and leather jackets, and girls wore the like saddle shoes and swing skirt. White teenagers and black did not hang out together but they had things in common. Also, teenager, mostly black males, would hang out on the corner and would sing.

The word teenager was made up in the 50s, due to the large amount of them. What people wanted for the children during that decade. They but focused on education, instead of enlisting in the war or become a house wife. They started to give there kids money, but there kids started to rebel and adult hated it.

Annotation

On the website I found out things that were happening in America during the 1950s. First, of all there were many different social changes. One big thing that was happening was that people were moving with their family to the suburbs.  People wanted more there children instead of fight in war the wanted education and careers for them. Since there were so many teenagers in, 1956 there were 13 million in America, because of the baby boom. The people who change the 1950s the most were the teenagers. They invested there money the got from their parents in car, bike and music. Credit card was invented and there was a big growth in corporate. There were franchises and also the car industry. The 1950s changed how we look at thing now, and i learned this information from http://intranet.dalton.org/ms/8th/students/decades99/Muffins1950/Pages/index.html,by Ashley .N.  Elizabeth .G, and Lauren B.

Effect

The effect of rock music on society is very conversial. Firstly it loved by some and loved by others. people thought it was bad and satanic, and made other want to listen to it even more. The effect on the enonomy is parents started to give teenager money to spend on they wanted. Those teenager spent money on records,t.v,radios as well as many other things.well there was censorship in the music made by the government.

New Info

The information I found supported my thesis statement by who it showed teenagers in the 195o's help change the world for future generation of teens. By the way the rebel against there parents, boosted the economy by spend there money on records, concerts and radios. And help set a path of what we currently call good music

I chose this topic because it effected the world greatly. For example censorship, comments on was and the when people became total against.which made it even more popular. I connected to life after WWII, and American Bandstand in Philadelphia, and how it had derived from jazz and R&B.

Bill of Rights

The Bill of Right are amendments that were made to ensure American citizens safety and their right to be treated fairly. The three most important amendments to me are number one, seven and eight. The first amendments is which is freedom of speech, press and religion, I like this one place in the world were people cant speak, print press, practised there religion if they want.I like amendments seven and eight because the give the right to by on trail with a jury and also because it against cruel punishment.one time in the middle east a women were nail polish got here thumb cut off, because make up or nail polish is not allowed on women. Also think the bill of right a currently find the way it is now and I currently do agree with all the rights.
